My son used Public Storage while awaiting a long distance move from Miami to the D.C area. On the day he vacated, my moving staff ( I work for a moving company ) loaded his goods and he subsequently vacated the unit . Shortly thereafter , he was called by the representative and rudely told he would be charged $400 for leaving an old recliner outside the facility . He went there and IT WAS NOT his recliner !!!!
