Shanice and Tishia were fantastic. The best costumer service I have seen in years. Not only were they friendly but also helpful in accommodating my needs. They alone made what could have been a stressful day a delight. Props to these girls!
Beware of Price Hikes - Feels Like a Trap! The worst part of this service is trying to keep your belongings there long-term. Everything seems fine at first, but after a few months, the prices start skyrocketing with unjustifiable increases. It feels like a trap--you're drawn in by an initially fair price, but then automatic hikes kick in after a short period. I rented a storage unit at a public warehouse, and the customer service representative, Edwin, was clearly very experienced. He had a great attitude, was patient, and helped me resolve my issue. With such excellent service, the company should consider giving him a raise or a reward! He was also very attentive, and outstanding customer service like his is hard to come by these days! Finding storage in Miami is a pain, and you are almost always forced to make compromises on location, quality, and/or price. I went to multiple different facilities first, because I didn't expect Public Storage to have availability or good prices. However, I was very wrong. This Public Storage is not only in a great location but it also has the BEST prices! I remain shocked at the deal I received, and I must say that Edwin was an absolute delight to work with. Give him a call and Edwin will take care of you.
