I've been in individual therapy for the past 8 years. Outside of life stone. I searched for places that could help with trauma. I decided to go to life stone based on a few things they offered. EMDR, as well as I thought I could benefit from the trauma hot yoga. My boyfriend and I had some relationship problems so we booked an appointment.
