Horrible service. The aide (the office manager Crystal) no call no show 2 days in a row this past weekend, 1 day last week and a few times before that. They do not answer their 24 hour on call line nor do they return your call or texts. I have requested to speak with the Manager's Manager, the CEO, and/or the owner on their 24 hour voicemail and via text on the Manager's cell phone and still have not heard from anyone. If you want quality healthcare for yourself or your loved one, DO NOT HIRE LIFE STAR.
