Hands down the most dysfunctional and toxic place I have worked at in my entire career. There is little to no structure with programs being hastily developed without adequate policies and procedures. The place runs by the seat of its pants, and the environment is chaotic! There is little to no communication from the top down, with blatant partiality and discriminatory actions.
