Soooo I want to give a honest answer to this review as it has nothing to do with my benefit, we are donating and hopefully saving lives. First, employees are amazing and deserve better. Equipment is archaic, white plastics are yellow and they still poke your finger and blood goes into old machines used a few minutes before yours. You squeeze a ball that looks like a million others squeezed without replacing. Now they want to use iodine and q-tip to clean arm to save money. I'm going to life South for several years now never had a problem all the personnel are polite and friendly I have also been delegated to be the representative for post 57 American legion lake City Florida which coordinates blood drives at the post which allows for the blood to be given to veterans in need lifestyle is fully on board and just greatly appreciated

Called in today and spoke to Lisa to confirm what date I can donate platelets again. Let the phone lay on the desk for minutes while she talked socially and laughing with someone that was there in person.Lisa finally picked up the phone again only to ask for "my" info AGAIN. Very unprofessional I will find another organization to donate my O negative platlets... Please do better.
