I had an appointment they never bothered to call to cancel or apologize they need to work on the costumer services
They claim to be a water softener but they are not if you just want a good tasting water it’s a great system anything more then that beware
I installed the system years ago, the seller and the installer both told me, the system main filter need to replace 7 to 10 years depended on the usage. Now, it may be time to replace, the customer service response they do not change filter, I have to replace the entire system. BE WARE, you can do nothing but pay a big chunk of money to install new system. This review is not for individual company, it is about the system.
