Great place to go to. Dr. Chad saved my life after a car "WRECK" I wouldn't have the quality of life I do with out his help.

The staff was efficient, professional and kind. Very clean and nice facility. The care and treatment was awesome. I felt heard and my needs were met.
Life source is a great place to get adjusted and back on track. They take X-rays to start, which they show you and give you the option to take home on a flash drive, and then come up with a treatment plan based on your specific needs. I went in there and could not kneel down to save my life due to hips being so misaligned. After one adjustment I was out of pain and able to get back to work. Thank you guys! And gals!
