Instructors are very friendly, professional, and willing to work with your availability (they came to us, to our rural area office). They use real life scenarios and learning materials. They made the training fun and interesting. They go above and beyond and are very approachable and open to whatever questions you have. I highly recommend this company for your training and certification needed!
