Very friendly and professional staff. Clean and accommodating office.
I Have a intern therapist, Qalbia Amin and she has been 1 of only 2 therapist that have been able to actually help me, shows empathy and absolutely no judgment. She's only a intern and one of the best I've ever had.I have been a client there for around 5 years, this program has worked for me, doesn't mean it will for everyone. LRS has its flaws for sure but I've been fortunate to have a great therapist and that's good enough for me.
I've had a very positive experience with Life Renewal Services. My counselor, Qalbia Amin, is very compassionate, helpful and understanding. She's very knowledgeable and has helped me get through many issues. I feel more comfortable seeking her counsel than anyone else's. I'd recommend her to anyone especially if you need a counselor who can empathize and still be honest with you.
I feel compelled to warn everyone about my heartbreaking experience with Life Renewal Services Inc. Their therapy process left me in a dire situation. When I decided to pause my therapy sessions to figure out if therapy was truly what I needed, no one told me that doing so would cut off my access to the psychiatrist and my vital medication. I only discovered this when I tried to schedule a refill and an appointment, leaving me abandoned and without any support or direction for my mental healthcare.
