My kids have been seeing Maggie for years. I cannot recommend her enough. The owner Alex, is always very responsive and helpful. We’ve have a great experience.
As a fellow mental health professional, I have referred patients here and trust they are in very good hands. Any of the staff are great and I personally know Becca Johnson is excellent working with eating disorders and Ellen Egerton is highly competent working with emerging adults and life transitions. Overall, I recommend.
I cannot say enough great things about Ellen Egerton. She has such great advice and is so easy to talk to. No judgment on personal problems and a heart of gold. Best therapist I’ve ever had and by a long shot. Life Redefined feels like a safe place and great staff. Highly recommend.
