This company is a joke we applied 2 months ago for a home we found on zillow. We toured the house with a friend of Jerwin Laforteza we asked about the process which he basically said first come basis and then submitted our application that night which was a Saturday. By Monday morning we got notice they ran our background which the company they used sent us a copy and everything looked great.
