I was put onto this program because of my doctor and thought I would give it a go. Everything was going fine until I was advised to do 30 minutes of exercise everyday. The result: an injured ankle and sore, cramped calve muscles which still haven't recovered. I'll take the risk of having a heart attack and diabetes over exercise and healthy living thanks.
I recently completed the Life program using the phone call option. Polline was able to motivate, advise and engage effectively with me as we worked through the program. Her non judgemental compassionate manner was key. Thank you.
I can't recommend this program enough. The Life program helped me to change simple everyday things to make a lasting sustainable difference. The appointments with my Life program coach Mel really benefited me and the little surprise goodies the program sent to me are still being used, especially the cook book. I lost weight, I feel better and my cholesterol went down. It is often the simple things that make the biggest difference!!

This program is well resourced with face to face content, reading materials and a great little business card to help understand sugar, salt and saturated fats in food products.
