Completely Unprofessional My daughter just started going there and it seemed all was ok. Then I canceled an appointment via their text messaging system. Sarah the therapist called me for the appt and I told her I canceled it prior. She looked it up and agreed. The very next week I got a call at 5:08 pm where are we? I am not reviewing because they just recently got a 1 star review. To that person and their family I am sorry to hear what has happen. I just want to say though that since I have been going to Life Prep, Nicole is amazing. I wish I would have sought therapy earlier in life. I am now almost 30 and have been going through the worst of times. If it wasn’t for Nicole and Life Prep I would still be lost. I will forever be thankful for what she has done and is doing. Unfortunately, I cannot even give a 1 star rating because we never got to see the counselor my daughter was scheduled to see. I was told when I first called to make an appointment that the counselor was not taking anymore evening appointments. So, I accepted a 10 am appointment. We were looking forward to our daughter getting comfortable with a counselor and to hopefully start on the road to feeling better.
