I can’t believe they have so many positive reviews because my experience is dismal. They start by incorrectly, identifying one wing on a cell and maybe three on a sliding door track as subterranean and a $1,400 bait trap treatment. After we questioned it because the house is concrete and barely 3 years old … They collect a wing and correct it to being dry wood termites and recommend complete tenting for $2500 . Amazing company! They did our inspection when we were buying our new home, and from the beginning they were respectful, professional, and very responsive. I was able to get an appointment quickly, which was very convenient, and their pricing was fair. Since our HOA handles the exterior pest control, we hired them to treat the interior after we moved in.
