I hate gyms. I LOVE LIFE OF GAINS. No hype. No ridiculous membership contracts. Just honest trainers who want to help normal people become the best version of themselves . Dedicated, supportive, motivating and caring trainers. It’s everything you need to improve your fitness and health outlook, and nothing you don’t need. West, Simon, and Quis are great!
