Wish I could rate zero stars!! My appointment was at 3:00 pm via video. I waited and waited she then answers the video call at 3:30 pm states she has someone with a less timely appointment that was after me and was wondering if I could just let them go before me. Whatever sure. She told me it’d take 15 minutes for that appointment and mine would take one hour ok cool. Waited 25 more minutes still nothing. Valerie Acevedo and Lifenet Services ruined my life in a way I still have not recovered from. She took me off of the only medication that was actually helping me because she had a personal prejudice against the class of medication, treated me like a drug addict the entire time I was under her care, refused to take any action to actually improve my rapidly declining mental health, and basically medically tortured me for years. If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the worst place for mental health. They cannot keep providers. Their telehealth providers keep their patients waiting for over an hour or more past their sessions. When you call the receptionist is extremely rude and offers absolutely no help and if you ask to speak to somebody in charge they hang up the phone.
Began coming here after 5+ years without therapy. I have to say I LOVE my counselor. The front staff is also nice. My issue here is with an Admin who waits over 4 months to do their billing. I show up weekly and check in and never had I been informed to pay anything obscene amount. You can’t do this to people who suffer from mental health issues. This could be the thing that sets them off. Do better please. Why am I held responsible for a job you didn’t do in a timely manner? I’m sad my counselor is leaving. I don’t know who... read more
