RecommendedI truly don’t know where to start! This woman right here as changed my life! As a power lifter, mother of two and paramedic I have done a number to my back, neck and hips! Thanks to Sarah and her magic hands I was able to PR my deadlift at a competition this weekend. I have no doubt that had I spent more time with her I could have done more! She is amazing and affordable! I will never see anyone else in Hampton roads!!!!
Sarah Flynn is hands down one of the best Massage Therapists I have come into contact with yet. Her studio was inviting, comfortable, warm (which is so important!) with pleasant lighting and music. Sarah is very caring and knowledgeable. I have several injuries that she has been able to help me recover from . Not to mention I have a autoimmune disease that she is immensely helpful with. Very lucky to have found her .

Sara is so knowledgeable and she cares! I've had over 50 different therapists in the area and i found my person. I train Krav Maga 3-4 days a week. She is very accommodating and helps my body recover and heal very quickly. Highly recommended.
