Extremely unprofessional, manipulative, and the counselors were a joke. They are lacking in communication, and do not return phone calls or emails. Don't let them get a young adult on probation alone or the next thing you know, they have signed that wonderful little piece of paper giving them the right to communicate with the probation officer.
