Andrea, who is the owner of this very dead and quiet gym was incredibly rude and arrogant. She is one of those people who runs a business that acts like they are doing the customer the favor, not the other way around. There are much better personal trainers in this city without the nonsense. I saw her being pretty nasty to potential client asking about group rates.
