my appointment was at 11:30 and they told me to come at 11:15. I did not get out of there until 210 almost 3 hours I called to their attention several My name is times that I wasn’t taken care of yet and they kept saying well it’s by appointment only and I said then why is other people that came in later me going ahead and she finally says oh we’re short one person oh I think I know what’s wrong then she walked away with no apology. I am absolutely disappointed with the lack of professionalism with the staff who handles appointments. They called me on the day of my appointment thirty minutes before the appointment to let me know that the location of my exam had changed. When I arrived at the new location there was a lady in front of me waiting in line and she told me that she didn't even get the phone call.
