I would strongly advise staying away from this shop. What started as a simple, routine service turned into a nightmare of inflated charges, unnecessary 'repairs' that I didn’t authorize, and a total lack of professionalism from the management. They were condescending, took days longer than promised, and when I finally got my car back, it was driving worse than before. Absolutely the worst experience of my life, do not waste your time or money here. The shop was a complete disaster—dirty, chaotic, and smelled like old garbage, and the staff couldn't be bothered to look up from their phones to help me. I stood there for ten minutes before being told, with a massive attitude, that they were 'busy,' even though I was the only customer in the place.
