Very bad experience. I took my Jeep in due to error code P0887, expecting a proper diagnosis and professional repair. All they did was reset the TCM by disconnecting the battery, something anyone with basic knowledge could do at home. They didn’t check the real source of the issue, didn’t offer a concrete solution, and didn’t explain anything clearly.
