Estate planning is such a daunting task that feels overwhelming. This company took a team approach and we met with several people over a six month period. The attorney with whom we worked was extremely personable. I know quite a few, and I daresay she's one of the nicest I've ever met. She was also very stylish, if that's important to you.

I want to support Black Businesses but my experience has been highly frustrating. The website is out dated and not user friendly, the links don't work to submit questions- I had to use the prayer request box. The phone numbers are all over the place and most go to voicemail. I'm never sure of what number to call. And on my year anniversary, the company was supposed to call me for any life updates, but I had to track them down to request changes.
