Highly unprofessional and I have all the screen shots to prove it. They barred me from going to my sons appts for calling twice. I wouldn't have had to call twice if they would've kept their word and called me back like they said they would. Apparently calling to find out your child's correct appt times is harassment. I didn't know calling twice because of their incompetence was harassment. Now I know.
