I have received two massage treatments at life balance and wellness and they have been awesome. Highly recommend great staff.
I just finished my second massage with Alexandria and I am sure that she set the bar at the highest level!! I have been dealing with severe hip pain (scheduled to be replaced) and lower back pain. At times just the effort to walk is too much. But, today especially, I came out so very much better then I have been in a long time. So grateful to Alexandria for helping me get through this! I would also like to see Dr Chris in the near future. What a great place to rejuvenate!!
Very good spa centre & location is very good ,the spa was amazing very friendly staff & kind hope to visit again.
Dinah was incredible! She created a very calming and welcoming atmosphere and was excellent at what she does. I absolutely recommend Life in Balance Wellness!
