Rich is Awesome. He was on vacation and I waited because he is always so great and SO knowledgable. My right Oticon hearing aid wasn't working. It just needed my wax catcher changed. He explained that even though I clean my ears daily and change the catcher often, it can sometime clog anyway. He did it, it was fine and didn't even charge me.
GREAT SERVICE TO HAVE THE AUDACITY WORKING.
