What a great place to go for your hearing needs. I had moved out of the area and needed a battery. Called the office with my request and Dr. Stofiel call me back. Mailed my hearing aids to her. New battery and hearing aid check and received them back within 4 days. I would and have recommended Life Hearing & Balance to people. Thank you for taking care of my problem. I saw Dr. Lauren Sanor in the beginning of the summer. She adjusted two sets of hearing aids for me. After wearing them over the weekend I had a slight issue. Without hesitation she had me come in early Monday to accommodate my travel schedule...she dealt with my issue and more. I have gone to 4 audiologists over the years and her adjustments and fitting was by far the best...for years I had to turn my aids way down when wearing my hockey helmet because of whining feedback...now I can wear them at full volume with no adjus... read more
We were very pleased with our experience at Life Hearing and Balance. Dr. Stofiel was extremely patient and kind with my mother who suffers from dementia as she was getting fit for hearing aids. She really went above and beyond in an effort to help her acclimate to her new hearing aids, even going so far as to record a video on my mom's phone of how to put them in and offering to make a house visit if she ever needed assistance while she was learning.
