Patricia was very thorough and attentive to my hearing needs. I was concerned of mild hearing loss and she was able to explain the steps of proper cleaning and use of heating conservation.
We were very pleased with our experience at Life Hearing and Balance. Dr. Stofiel was extremely patient and kind with my mother who suffers from dementia as she was getting fit for hearing aids. She really went above and beyond in an effort to help her acclimate to her new hearing aids, even going so far as to record a video on my mom's phone of how to put them in and offering to make a house visit if she ever needed assistance while she was learning. Taking a young child to a doctor's appointment can sometimes be stressful, but our recent visit to Dr. Stofiel’s Life Hearing and Balance was a wonderful experience. Dr. Stofeil was fantastic with my five-year-old daughter, and I also witnessed her show incredible care and attentiveness to another patient. A wonderful experience! Dr. Stofiel was very thorough testing my hearing loss. She wanted to know my concerns and where I had the most trouble hearing. After receiving my hearing aides, I have had 2 appointments to review how they are fitting and how to clean them. Have another appointment scheduled to follow up. Dr. Stofiel is very friendly, helpful and caring. Her staff is very helpful and kind. I can’t recommend this audiology clinic enough!!!
