I took my 93 year old mother to see Dr. Stofiel. It was the best thing we could have done for her! My mom had seen a few audiologists over the past 10 years, and was never happy with her hearing aids. It was frustrating for her and the rest of our family because they never seemed to work. I saw Dr. Lauren Sanor in the beginning of the summer. She adjusted two sets of hearing aids for me. After wearing them over the weekend I had a slight issue. Without hesitation she had me come in early Monday to accommodate my travel schedule...she dealt with my issue and more. I have gone to 4 audiologists over the years and her adjustments and fitting was by far the best...for years I had to turn my aids way down when wearing my hockey helmet because of whining feedback...now I can wear them at full volume with no adjus... read more
What a great place to go for your hearing needs. I had moved out of the area and needed a battery. Called the office with my request and Dr. Stofiel call me back. Mailed my hearing aids to her. New battery and hearing aid check and received them back within 4 days. I would and have recommended Life Hearing & Balance to people. Thank you for taking care of my problem.
