Had a 5 hr layover in Seattle and needed back adjustment in a bad way. Did a quick Google search and Dr Little's practice came up near light rail station and had good reviews. Decided to chance it and see if I could walk in, and am I glad I did. Super friendly, professional and a completely thorough session. Feel much better now and not as worried about the next 3.5 hr flight coming up. Would highly recommend LifeForce, I'll be back next time I'm in Seattle
Dr. Little has, quite literally, improved my quality of life! I no longer need the pain masking medications and I feel much more in tune with my body. She also takes the time to explain things and answer questions. It's a very nice environment.
I came in a few months ago experiencing severe energy and sleep problems. Not to mention neck and back pain. After the first month of adjustments I noticed major improvements in my sleep and energy. I'm continuing to get regular adjustments and my health is now 50-60% better then when I started. Great atmosphere and wonderful care. I imagine i'll be amazing soon :)
A friend referred me here but I wasn't sure going in whether or not chiropractic care was appropriate for my situation or if I could afford it, etc., but I took advantage of one of their free consultations and Dr. Little explained exactly what she could and couldn't offer as a chiropractor and how she might help my situation and I've been nothing but satisfied with the results!
