RecommendedI had a great experience at Life Fitness. The physical therapists have me back to doing my every day tasks. I’m even back to crossfit and it’s only been 14 weeks since I had a back fusion. Everyone there is so nice, friendly and welcoming. Thank you Matt, Amy, Jeremy and the rest of the staff!!!

This has been a great place for Therapy!! Sarah Ohara is fabulous, helping on the phones and taking appointments. David is very knowledgeable and I trust him completely with my recovery. Anna Lou is sweet and cute. Helps with all my exercises. She gave the best foot rubs in the beginning........now I think she is trying to kill me! Completely a joke. These folks are wonderful and make a great team!!
No one enjoys going to therapy but Matt & Amy have certainly changed my opinion. They have helped me so much in a short time. They always take the time to explain what they are doing & how it will help restore my strength & mobility. I couldn't be happier with the results & actually look forward to going & getting better with each visit.
I've been here on two other occasions in the past and I'm currently going here for my tension headaches as recommended that I go to physical therapy by my primary care doctor. I always choose Life Fitness Physical Therapy! Good, knowledgeable, and friendly staff and plenty of equipment! Very busy place!
