Not a bad experience. I wasn't in a rush but did have to follow up for delivery. Ordered a white concept2 rower, got a black one (there's a chance it's all subject to availability in the fine print); I like the black one anyway. The rower itself seems, at first, okay. Having previously owned the concept in my commercial gym, it seems like the rowers, or at least this one) are cleaned up a bit rather than refurbished - old dried lube on the chain, and a vibration/noise as the rower slows down to a stop. Recently purchased a new treadmill after our previous Life Fitness treadmill lasted well over 15 years, the old one was still going but it was time for a replacement. The quality of the machine is amazing but what really sets Life Fitness apart is the service, Ryan, Sue and the friendly delivery crew were so fast and helpful…highly recommend.
