Extremely disappointing product support from a company that markets itself as a leader in premium commercial fitness equipment. I bought a pre-owned Life Fitness treadmill directly from Life Fitness because I believed I was paying for a quality machine backed by a reputable company. Only four years later, it has developed a fault and Life Fitness has told me the required replacement part is no longer available. Great customer service and communication regarding refurbished treadmill. Treadmill itself is in great condition and works well.
Bought the ICG iC6 spin bike for my home gym online as it was discounted to $2.6k. Great spin bike for me as i'm 203cm and it accommodates user heights up to 215cm! Left of 1 star off $300 shipping. I understand it's a bulky/heavy item but I expected to pay half of that.
All the staff (sales, admin for my new bike) and service (for my old and now retired bike) were excellent. Delivery of my new bike was very efficient and my new bike is great! Highly recommended
