WOULD have been a '5' if this last experience hadn't been so horrible! Our daughter had surgery, and 2 days later was confused, dizzy, passing out and had a heart-rate of 172! The 1st EMT in the home decided he knew what was wrong with our daughter before he even saw her-- and tried to get her to WALK to the ambulance!They are supposed to monitor, stabilize and transport-- NOT decide someone isn't sick or in medical distress-- or complain about how at 9a.m we hadn't had the snow plowed yet!
