Wonderful staff and dignfied transportation options. Highly recommend!
Their staff said there would be no charges, poor training. They got over $1,000 from my insurance and hit me with a $150 bill, I could’ve drove myself, but since they wanted to hustle someone in a medical situation that was more important. Be careful don’t trust them it will cost you.

I fell and needed an ambulance. They arrived in a timely manner but didn't seem to know what to do. I got up and seated myself on the stretcher. They did not provide first aid and did not bother to put on a neck brace before I even got up. Getting my Insurance details was more important to them. Once we were on our way, the EMT finally thought to put a neck brace on. It was way too large and did not give any support at all. The ambulance took 50 minutes to arrive to its destination. I’m so glad it wasn’t an emergency! The male attendant clearly demonstrated a dislike of his job. He threw supplies around in the rear of the ambulance. When I asked if he was ok? He answered, “I will be!” He was a non compassionate person doing what should be a compassionate job! I will drive myself to the hospital the next time I’m in need of emergency services.
