The ambulance took 50 minutes to arrive to its destination. I’m so glad it wasn’t an emergency! The male attendant clearly demonstrated a dislike of his job. He threw supplies around in the rear of the ambulance. When I asked if he was ok? He answered, “I will be!” He was a non compassionate person doing what should be a compassionate job! I will drive myself to the hospital the next time I’m in need of emergency services.
The paramedics were ok but the billing department threatens to send you to collections after the 3rd month even though you are paying each month. It is the hardest time of my life then they add threats. Shame on you.

Gracie and Dakotah were the best EMS drivers I have ever had. They were very considerate and respectful as well as knowledgeable and funny. They made me laugh as well as cry(happy tears) they truly are a dynamic duo. Gracie drove with such ease and expertise and I didn’t feel any bumps in the road. Dakotah kept me entertained while he was taking notes on my vitals and listened to my rants. I don’t ever want this fun to stop but I think my leg is broken… I am deeply saddened to hear this dynamic duo is not permanent partners.... read more
