I am deeply grateful to the medic, Dakotah H. who cared for me during my ambulance pickup in November. From the moment he arrived, he treated me and my husband who was worried about me with genuine compassion, patience, and empathy during one of the most vulnerable moments of our lives. The absolute worst! Ridiculous charges and poor service experience!!
I just watched a female driver of an ambulance 161 texting while driving. At 11:25 on October 22 near 36th and Clyde park .
I was in an accident a few years back and the lady in the EMS AMBULANCE was very rude and unkind to me and treated me like I was lieing about my injuries etc. When I arrived to the Emergency, she wouldn't even let me call my family. A police officer who was kind called a family member for me. She should be fired and never work with EMS again. It is very sad people get treated like this. Good job ladies! The guy on Plainfield was alive! I just couldn't handle seeing him like that! Everyone driving by,walking by,and not doing anything. That's why I called you folks. I'm not a certified EMT. I had to speak up! I can't watch someone possibly die. He did get on the 3rd bus! Thank You for everything you do! Plainfield Ave/area has gotten extremely bad! You folks are awesome! I could never do your job. So thank you for what you do❤️
