Much I can say about my brief experience, but I keep it short as possible. Terrible service to potential new patients. They don't answer their phone calls, prefer to communicate through text messages mostly, their doctors seem to still work at hospitals on the insurance side of things even though they claim to offer better experiences than insurance based practitioners, etc. They make several ridiculous and potentially false claims about offeringa on their website such as, discounted labs, discounted imaging services/CT/MRI,... read more
I received Dr Samantha’s resignation email this morning so I wanted to leave a review specifically regarding her. She has been my pcp for the past year now and my sons for about 6 months now. The quality of care at this practice is top notch. I feel like I have a real relationship with my physician and that I'm not just another name in a appointment book. Since appointment one my doctor has taken the time to listen to not just my symptoms but my life situation as well, and used that information to discuss multiple possible avenues of treatment to find one that is both effective and within my budget. Both of the Doctors are wonderful. Great support staff. As a member you are able to speak directly to your doctor. Any voice mails, emails are answered right away. Appointments are not rushed giving you plenty of time for questions/concerns. Care is excellent & personal. Can't think of any reason why I would ever leave! This is a great practice for those who do not have health insurance
