Everytime I go in, reception and staff are very friendly and treat us like family.
AWESOME! All the folks at LIFE were really nice and friendly. I was able to get the help I needed and they were very supportive. Definitely the best counseling place in Nampa.
They have 2 locations in Nampa so be sure you know which one to go to. Best to call during regular business hours. Counselors can fill up fast.
I was very disappointed and discouraged with Life Counseling. My son was in play therapy, and I continued for 4 weeks, three different phone calls begging for some sort of set appt once a month or twice a month or whatever and no one would call me back even after they swore up and down, "oh, I will make it happen this time for sure"...... Very disappointing, that on top of almost every counselor being booked all the time and not accepting patients, makes it a very difficult facility to work with!
