They take forever to place someone inside of your home. Most of the employees are incompetent. Never even working in this field before. The higher ups blow you off and minimize the issues. One of the aids that was placed in my sister's home had mental problems and was so messy. How she cleaned was pathetic. I am disgusted with this company. She is also still using the same manual wheelchair for almost a year. Which is so hard for her to maneuver in. She has had several falls which have put her into severe pain for days.
