I received a wonderful mind field repatterning session from Nancy. She explained the whole process to me as it was happening, she shared personalized intuitive wisdom, and repatterned my unhelpful negative beliefs just in time to finish a creative project I was concerned about. With Nancy's help, the project was a great success!

Nancy is an incredibly skilled breathwork practitioner. I’ve done plenty of traditional types of therapy and it felt like I was just retelling the story.. nothing was moving or changing. With Nancy, we start sessions with some talking, which helps me share what’s going on and how I’m feeling about things. We then go in for the breathwork session which is where things really have an ability to shift. Nancy is an incredible coach and healer. I felt so safe and comfortable in her presence. Nancy helps you to feel safe with the feelings and emotions that hold you back with your awareness of self and growth. She helps guide you. It's not traditional therapy, it's learning that you and the universe are aligned. It's not always an easy path. but it is certainly powerful and worthwhile. Life changing.
