It has been invaluable during some major changes in my life to have someone give me the means to regulate stress. I appreciate having a Life Couch who can give tools for me to use with my relationships. I have been able to make changes to my communication with her advice and support. Angela is just minutes from North Austin and when I can't make an appointment she sets up a phone meeting and that has been great.
I’ve known Angela for over 25 years and I have always been impressed with her intelligence, open mind, clarity of thought. There is no doubt in my mind that whatever Angela does she’s good at it.
Angela has been a life saver, I started with her a few months ago, and I have seen so much improvement in my life and emotions. She is helping me to overcome my fears and regain my confidence. Finding a therapist where you feel comfortable and understand is a a hard task, and Angela has over met my expectations.
I feel really lucky to have found Angela. The tools she taught me to use have given me ways to deal with the issues I am facing. I love the forward thinking she brings into the sessions. It helps me to think differently and be aware of my emotions and surroundings. Not only that, she has helped me to improve my relationships, especially with my wife and daughter. Forever grateful!
