Sharing my second review - My last review was about 8 months ago. Performance Update: I was able to run a mile at the 6 minute pace (during an interval training session) with zero pain. I came to Erik with pain that would end my runs. Pain at level 7 or 8. After 2 or 3 minutes of running, I would experience pain. Erik worked on my back, shoulders, ankles, and knees in a full effort to restore my running capability. He provided amazing education as well as training. I have been working with Dr. Eric for the past couple of weeks. He takes a personal and friendly approach to his practice. My hips, over time, usually become off centered. During our three sessions together, he did a great job correcting my alignment issues. He is a very knowledgeable practitioner and I have enjoyed our time. I highly recommend!
I’ve had a great experience at Lifetime with chiropractic services. I felt heard in my concerns and my sessions were individually tailored to my needs. Everyone working there has been so accommodating and welcoming!
