**This location is permanently closed, they have moved to 3234 Northwestern 78238** I’ve been a LCMC patient for three years now. Their old Zarzamora location had a cozy lobby, coffee machine, and encouraging artwork. They do take “Texas Healthy Women” and have other income based payment options, even if you’re not on THW. I’ve been coming been coming to Life Choices for Pap Smears, routine tests, and UTIs. Nurse Practitioner Penne has always listened to concerns and provided knowledgeable advice and care.
They have moved to 3234 Northwestern dr. San Antonio, TX 78238, same number and same staff.
I always refer my patients here. i had my own great experience when I needed help.

Love the doctor here! She’s very friendly and truly cares about her patients. And did I mention how affordable they are? When you don’t have health insurance, they make sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend!
