It’s okay. It gets the job done. Some of the people at this gym are learning, and because of that you’ll have some encounters of bad gym etiquette (eg. people in your workout space/not wiping down equipment), but other than that it’s okay.
Awesome gem. The staff and clients are incredible! It’s a great feel for all levels.
LCF is an awesome gym — clean facility, great people, and a no-judgment atmosphere. Everyone here is friendly and willing to help, whether you're just starting out or have been working out for years. It’s full of real people, not just a bunch of gym bros, which makes it a comfortable and motivating place to train. Highly recommend if you're looking for a supportive fitness community.
