Pollie has given me amazing insights and very valuable advice involving every issue that has caused me problems, especially after my husband suddenly passed away. My whole family and I will be grateful to her for the rest of our lives. She is a very nonjudgmental, empathetic, careful listener.

I've had several therapists over the years, both in Manhattan and Philly, Pollie is by far the wisest, most empathetic, intuitive, and well-rounded therapist I have ever had. Her EMDR practice was life-altering for me. I wish I could send everyone I know to her (obviously a conflict of interest!). She is warm, disarming, and sharp--always unveiling a flip side to situations I hadn't imagined. We regularly make large revelations together, and I'll forever be grateful for finding her.
She was pretty friendly, but she also was beating around the bush and not being honest to me. People think that you can't tell tone over text, but I've been on the internet for 25 years and it's pretty clear. It was quite obvious that she thought I was too crazy, and didn't want to take me on as a client. Honesty can go a long way! If anyone is struggling to find a therapist, keep going!! You will find the right match eventually. And ignore anyone who makes you feel undeserving.
