I was given a recommendation from a friend of mine to do therapy here. I called and the specific therapist that I wanted to see had openings but only through telehealth which was fine for now. I found Rachel from Life Change Therapy Now after switching jobs and having my health insurance provider changed. I was sad to leave my old therapist, but happy about this wonderful life change. We left on good terms with the office. A coworker, with the same health insurance provider, suggested I give LCTN a call and so I did! Rachel is no longer a part of this office.
