I have a super busy work schedule and often get called in to cover a shift without much notice. As a result I end up having to cancel sessions from time to time without giving 24 hour notice which they require to avoid a fee. I really appreciate that the office and my therapist is always willing to let me reschedule for the same week to avoid that fee. I've been to other practices that don't allow you to do that so this really helps out.
I was given a recommendation from a friend of mine to do therapy here. I called and the specific therapist that I wanted to see had openings but only through telehealth which was fine for now.
