RecommendedI’ve been a member here forever! I love it. It seems like everyone is family. The trainers are by far the best in the valley. And the pool is a great bonus for the summer. Tj and Mindy make sure everyone feels welcome. Highly recommend!
It's a wonderful facility and a great pool, don't buy a membership; they seem to care very little, if at all, for their paying member in comparison to summer programs. They consistently overbook these summer swimming programs and leave no space for members to use the facilities. Again, it's a great spot, but the management leaves you wanting. If they were a little more responsible to the members, I would recommend this facility very highly; I hope that someday I can.

Awesome instructors. Especially Tues & Thursday spin class. Pool is clean and salt water. Fantastic place.
We came for the mominator party. So much fun.
I often tell my husband we can’t move too far away from the Sandy area, because of the LCA. That’s the truth! I love the people, I love the environment, and I love the classes. :) Local, friendly, low key, and welcoming!
