Marina was my saviour. I was extremely depressed after leaving India where I had lived and studied yoga for several years. God gave me a gift, a lifeline, in meeting her. She travels to India, annually, to deepen her knowledge of yoga. No one else could've related to me, and understood me, and communicated to me in just the way I needed as she did. I'm sure she saved my life.
My oldest daughter has complex food allergies and eczema which triggered a lot of anxiety for me. I knew I needed some concrete tools to help myself in order to better care for both of us. Marina worked with me on things I could do in my daily life to combat the anxiety - deep breathing as a way to physiologically calm the body and challenges to recurring negative thoughts are two of my favorites. I’m so grateful for her compassion and care!
Marina is absolutely phenomenal!!! She has been my angel here on earth! She oozes love,compassion and positivity. She taught me how to breathe for the first time in my life. I am so grateful for her and her friendship.
