If I could give zero stars I would. My father had to spend an extra day in the hospital because this company couldn't figure out that when his doctor ordered a portable oxygen system & a regenerator for his home it was essential it was delivered that day as he was being discharged. After numerous calls, always being assured (lied to) that it was "on its way, it finally arrived at 8pm. Try life care! This place has excellent customer service and is prompt for any DME needs. As of late, we've used them on at least a couple of occasions to get some infants set up with apnea monitors at work. They are quite thorough in giving parents explanations and training on the use of their equipment. I highly recommend their company for their professionalism and service!!
