If I could give zero stars I would. My father had to spend an extra day in the hospital because this company couldn't figure out that when his doctor ordered a portable oxygen system & a regenerator for his home it was essential it was delivered that day as he was being discharged. After numerous calls, always being assured (lied to) that it was "on its way, it finally arrived at 8pm.
