After waiting weeks for my husbands new cpak machine to get ordered, we've given up. Promised return calls never made, no supervisor to talk to, excuses...bad customer service.
If you have any opportunity to work with anyone else - do it! I have found this company to be totally inept in every dealing I have with them. Just some examples - I get collection calls for bills I've never received. When I do get a bill there is no mention of insurance billing or how they arrived at the total. I went in for supplies today - they told me I now need to call a number and can no longer order in person. Of course a machine answers and put me on hold.
