Wow rude staff they no help deaf people for what they want set up business for hearing aid ??? I called thought an interpreter and asked them for discuss because I was their customer before. She or he said “I can’t help you sorry” and hang up! Wow . Avoid them
I have bought 2 sets of hearing aids from Doan Chau and his father so far. As I did not like to change the batteries of the first pair so often, I decided to buy the rechargeable pair to be environmentally friendly. Doan Chau and his father are very courteous, helpful and quick to serve my friends and me since then. Note: Please make sure to check /change your hearing aid white filers often: you will be surprised to be able to hear much better! Phan Dam, P.Eng.
Doan was great with assisting me to choose the right hearing aids for my needs. Please go with word of mouth or someone with experience. I went to another hearing place and all they wanted was me to sign on the dotted line and pick them up in a week. Not Life Care Hearing Centre, Doan made sure it was the right fit and had choices.
