This company is a very small one and i was not sure at first because i am used to the big services like careflight they have picked my mother up 3 times now. i am very pleased with the way these folks genuinely care especially the girl who works there Val. She has stood by during procedures more than once to make insure proper care. I would highly recommend this company!
Theo and Valorie worked very well together. They were fantastic in getting my son in and out of the ambulance . They were both friendly and courteous. Always willing to help out. I would recommend them and this company to anybody needing this type of transportation.
Theo is a very caring man. I have seen him go to our patients house just to make sure they are doing ok, make sure they don’t need anything. I really feel that he is not just about making a fast dollar, of course that always help when you are running a business! The truth is he doesn’t like to cut corners and rush things when he is trying to get his company standing firm. He believes perfection comes with time.
