The staff is not professional The director do not follow up on major concerns the call light stays on no one responds until 30 to 40 mins later They leave patient wet It's all bad here
The facility ignored family concerns regarding our loved one on multiple occasions and while in the facility for rehabilitation from a previous stroke, she had another one while there. Several member of staff were not personable or seemed compassionate to situation. Appears there is a lack of communication and work ethic at this facility. She has since been transported to a hospital due to recent stroke and is looking better than she has in a week. BEWARE!!!
