OMG! They are the best! They came to my Medical Care Facility and picked me up in a cot and took me to my doctor's appointment. Danilo and Oliver were super. We had a couple of glitches along the way that we weren't expecting but we took care of them as a team. For example, I got to my doctor's office and they said I had no appointment that someone had cancelled it 2-hours earlier. Then the cot was too large to get into the elevator.
