Life Balance and Fitness has allowed me to get back on my fitness path. I have been a member for a little more than a year and have grown in my confidence. The Strollers and Fitness class has allowed me to exercise and bring my 2 toddlers with me. I always get in a great workout and they get to explore the gym and have a fun time! Jen is a great motivator and keeps you accountable to the workouts she puts together.
This place has helped me in so many ways! It’s not only helped me begin to reach my fitness goals of losing weight/changing my body shape, but has also help me deal with stress in my life. I love the class environment, but every workout is your own workout. Everything can be scaled to your ability and she gives different options depending on each person’s needs. I feel truly blessed to have found this place and the trainer, Jen.
Life Balance and Fitness is a great gym with an awesome trainer and friendly members. I felt welcome and encouraged right from the start, and Jenn really focuses on making sure I'm getting the most out of my workouts without injuring myself in the process. Every class is a positive experience and I know I'm getting stronger every week.
I have been training here for a year and the results are evident. The training is specific for me and Jennifer takes the time to listen. She modifies every move based on my current situation and uses assessments for motivation each step of the way.
